The term ‘garments rack’ was coined in the late 1800s to describe a warehouse or warehouse that would house garments.

The term itself was coined by textile designer Robert Fulton, who was a proponent of the idea that modern day fashion was all about the “garment,” rather than the finished product.

Fulton had an epiphany: “I wanted to make garments for all the different kinds of people who have no access to them,” Fulton wrote in an essay.

“I felt that the only way to create something for the poor was to give it away.”

Fulton’s garment rack was to sell everything from clothing to furniture, and he became known for his “garments for all.”

His idea was that, by making garments for everyone, it would make a world where people could get clothes, clean clothes, and then buy the same clothes they were buying from retailers.

The idea was a radical one, but Fulton wasn’t the first to advocate this idea.

“There were other people who started to do this,” says Kristin Fiebe, a professor of textile and apparel history at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

The earliest reference to this concept comes from a 1920s essay titled “A Fashion Industry for All,” written by Joseph Mankiw, an economist and founder of the New Deal programs.

The essay is filled with the words “garms for all,” “garages for all” and “garamond” (pronounced gAR-ay).

Fiebel notes that it is not clear what Mankiyiw meant by this, but “the idea of garamond is the idea of clothing as a service.

It is a service that we provide the world.

If we give clothes to everyone, then we give them to everyone.”

This idea was eventually codified into the garment industry, and the term garment rack came to describe the process of creating and selling clothing.

Fiebell notes that many of the garment manufacturers of the early 20th century, including Mankiw, had a lot of money and could spend their profits on new projects.

The garment industry didn’t have a lot to do with the garment rack until the 1930s, when the term began to be used to describe new developments in clothing manufacturing.

Fierbel says this was because the industry was dominated by large corporations, and they weren’t interested in creating a global supply chain.

“In the 1930’s, they had no incentive to think about what the world would look like if they made their clothing at home,” she says.

“They were focused on making a profit.”

In the late 1940s, the term “garbage in, garbage out” began to emerge, and it was soon becoming a term used in fashion industry marketing.

“It was a term that people would use in advertising to suggest that people were getting the best quality of clothing, and that there was a ‘garbage bin’ where they could dispose of their clothes,” Fieber says.

The phrase became a term of abuse, Fieben says, and people began to feel that they weren
